TERMINATION OF SERVICE

The service is terminated upon achievement of the goals set in the action plan, exhaustion of the service (the service no longer supports the child’s development), or at the request of the parents. The therapy centre convenes a closing network meeting. By unanimous agreement of the network members (child, parent, referrer, representative of the therapy centre), the therapy centre prepares an epicrisis, which is sent back to the referrer.

The service will not be interrupted/ terminated during the child’s / young person’s hospital stay, but a joint form of co-operation with the psychiatric clinic will be found.
